Google User Data (Google API & OAuth Disclosure)

  • Limited Google Workspace metadata, only if explicitly approved

Google Sheets Data Usage (Studio Sales Scout™)

Studio Sales Scout™ uses Google APIs, including the Google Sheets API, to provide optional pipeline and workflow features that are explicitly initiated by the user.

Data Accessed

When a user connects a Google Sheet, Studio Sales Scout™ may access:

  • Google Sheets metadata (spreadsheet and sheet names)
  • Spreadsheet structure (column headers)
  • Cell values contained within the connected spreadsheet

Only the specific spreadsheet(s) authorized by the user are accessed. No other Google data is accessed.

How We Use Google Sheets Data

  • Read lead and pipeline data from user-connected spreadsheets
  • Validate spreadsheet structure for compatibility
  • Append new rows only when explicitly requested by the user
  • Maintain session continuity and workflow accuracy

Google Sheets data is never used for advertising, profiling, resale, or machine learning training.

Data Storage and Retention

Studio Sales Scout™ processes Google Sheets data in-session only.

  • Spreadsheet data is not permanently stored on our servers
  • Temporary caching may occur during an active session
  • All temporary data is cleared when the session ends or access is disconnected

Data Sharing

Studio Sales Scout™ does not sell, rent, or share Google Sheets data with third parties.

Access is limited to the application itself and used solely to perform user-requested actions.

User Control and Revocation

  • Google Sheets access is optional and user-initiated
  • Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account settings
  • Upon revocation, Studio Sales Scout™ immediately loses access
